Ten Months
Mommy has fell behind the last couple of months, but here is your Ten Month update:
Wow, I can’t believe you are already 10 months! In two short months, you will be one. Don’t think I am quite ready for that just yet.
- 20lbs. per our scale at home
- Size 3 diapers
- Wear 9-12 months clothes
- Jammies are mostly 12 months
- Hair is growing like a weed
- Had your (third) – FIRST haircut, but at a real salon this time! You sat in the airplane!
- Walking with your walker (pictures to come; so cute)
- I’m hopeful that you will be walking by your birthday.
- Got your second bottom tooth
- We had your 10 month pictures taken (http://www.robinwinklesphotography.com/Favorites/finley)
- You still love your sleep
- Said “Momma” and “Nana” in the same weekend, but “Da-da” and “Bye-Bye” are still your favorite words
I love this stage of your life, you love to cuddle, play and your laughs just light of my day!
Nine Months
Finley Ann you are growing like a weed. Here are a few things you are up to:
- 18.8 lbs
- Wearing size 2-3 diapers(of what we have left) and then it's onto 3's
- Wearing mostly 9 months clothes
- The crawling has gotten out of control; I underestimate how fast you can get from Point A to Point B.
- Furniture surfing is your thing this month. You aren't very fast, but I'm sure by my next post it won't even be a discussion.
- Were diagnosed with Bronchiolitis and a slight ear infection.
- A few short weeks later you had your first stomach virus. It was awful! I know, bad month for you being sick.

8 Months
You will have to forgive me for running so late this month, but on the 13th our little Finley Ann was 8 months old. I have to say you are so much fun at this age. Around Thanksgiving you were starting to army crawl really well, and a few short weeks later you were actually crawling. It was so exciting for all of us! And much to my surprise you are pulling up on the furniture too.
I weighed you at home this month and you were 19 lbs. 2 ounces. I can't believe how big you are getting and independent I might add.
- Wear size 2-3 diapers
- Pulling up on the furniture
- Your hair is lightening up a lot
- Wearing mostly 9 month clothes
- Everywhere I go, you go. If I am in the kitchen, you are pulling up on my legs behind me!
- You are growing up and me makes me so sad!

7 Months
It's hard to believe our little girl is growing up and she is a whopping 7 months old! There are so many new things you can do:
- Sitting up
- Have been on your hands and knees rocking the past several days.
- Drinking from a sippy cup
- Wearing size 2 diapers
- Wearing mostly 6-9 months clothing
- Your hair is starting to come back in from the back
- Your eyes are still blue... I think they just might stay BLUE!
- When we say 'bye bye', you wave
- Outgrown your baby tub - we have been bathing you in the kitchen sink!
- Bedtime usually around 8pm
- More baby food, less formula!
- We visited the Fire Station over the weekend and a co-worker tried to say hello to you, and you turned to me, stuck out your lip and started to cry! It was the cutest thing, but I think that was your first encounter with an unfamiliar face.

The Jumperoo
I finally put together the Jumperoo that we got from my brother. We set it up in the garage so that way Finley would have something to play in while we were out back. She loves it!
