Happy Birthday Landry Allison!

Miss Landry made her big debut November 20, 2012 at 12:38 pm via c-section. Weighing in at 7 lbs. 5 oz. and 19" long.

 

Proud Big Sister moment here. J holding Landry in the nursery with Finley looking in the glass. Finley and the grand-parents (minus my dad) were waiting right outside the operating room as they brought Landry out. Everyone was able to follow J and the nurse to the nursery with Landry.

 

Finley was so proud of her little sister than she didn't want anyone to take her away. When the nurses would come in to get Landry at times Finley would say, "that's my baby sister".

Baby Morris 2.0 - 38 weeks

Size of baby: Pumpkin
Weight gain: +2 / 37 total
Gender: girl
Name: Landry Allison
Sleep: Not much
Movement: Slowed down quite a bit, but still know she is there!
Maternity Clothes: Yes
Cravings: Salad
New symptoms this week: More intense contractions
Labor: 3.5 CM and 70% effaced - more intense contractions
Next Appt: Novembert 20th
C-section: 11/26 @ 7am

Baby Morris 2.0 - 37 weeks

Size of baby:  Winter Melon
Weight Gain: +2 / 35 lbs. total.
Gender: Sweet baby girl
Names: Landry Allison
Sleep: An hour or two at a time.
Movement: She is still pretty active, but I'm thinking she has slowed down a little.
Maternity clothes: Yes
Cravings: Grilled BBQ Chicken Salad - a glass of white wine :)
New symptoms this week: I feel like I have insomnia, along with back pain that is continuing. 
Labor: 2.5 CM dilated and 50% effaced 
Next Appt: November 14th
C-Section: Scheduled for Monday, November 26, 2012 @ 7 am - not sure if we will make it

37 Week Baby Bump Picture

Weight Gain: +2 / 35 lbs. total. 

Gender: Sweet baby girl 

Names: Landry Allison 

Sleep:  An hour or two at a time. 

Movement: She is still pretty active, but I'm thinking she has slowed down a little. 

Maternity clothes:  Yes

Cravings:  Grilled BBQ Chicken Salad  - Can't get enough right now. 

New symptoms this week:  I feel like I have insomnia, along with M.A.J.O.R. and I mean take me to the ER back pain when I try and lay down for the evening. I would rather get no sleep than have to lay down.  

Next Appt:  November 7th

C-Section: Scheduled for Monday, November 26, 2012 @ 7 am

36 Week Baby Bump Picture

Movement: Still remains - ALL.THE.TIME.

Cravings:  Grilled BBQ Chicken Salad 

New symptoms this week:  Not really; Dr knows that I have been having contractions, but has decided to see me every week from here on out.

C-Section: Scheduled for Monday, November 26, 2012 @ 7 am

35 Week Baby Bump Picture

Weight Gain: +0 / 32 lbs. total. 

Gender: It's a girl!

Sleep:  A few hours at a time. 

Movement: ALL.THE.TIME. 

Maternity clothes:  Yes

Cravings:  Anything pumpkin; cinnamon :) 

New symptoms this week:  Nothing really new... It's getting harder and harder to maneuver. 

Next Appt:  October 24th 

C-Section: Scheduled for Monday, November 26, 2012 @ 7 am  However, my mom's birthday is the 23rd, and I was hoping we might have a repeat of what Finley did and come earlier than her scheduled date.

34 Week Baby Bump Picture

Baby Morris 2.0 - 33 Weeks

Size of baby:  Durian Fruit - whatever that may be. 

Weight Gain: +0 / 32 lbs. total. In two weeks I hadn't gained anything... woohoo! 

Gender: It's a girl! 

Names: Landry Allison 

Sleep:  A couple nights ago I slept from 10:30 pm - 5:00 am without waking. I felt great,  however, hasn't happen since. Still getting up at least twice to pee.  

Movement: ALL.THE.TIME. 

Maternity clothes:  Yes

Cravings:  Anything pumpkin 

New symptoms this week:  I had a week's worth of antibiotics and I seem to feel a little better, but Drs. office is sending off for a culture to make sure nothing else is wrong. Baby is head down position and I am totally feeling her head on my bladder... Whew!   

Next Appt:  October 24th
